Delivery charges

With Pink Apple, you get FREE delivery to Mainland UK, courtesy of our own drivers or dedicated couriers. The very occasional bulky or heavy item will incur a delivery charge. This is so we can be sure you receive your goodies in tip-top condition. These exceptions are listed on the individual product pages.

For deliveries outside of Mainland UK, please call us on 01582 227 701 or email sales@pinkappledesigns.co.uk and we'll be happy to give a personal quotation.

 

Unless you hear otherwise, items on the same order will be consolidated in one delivery.

 

Deliveries are made to your front door, or - if you're in an apartment, flat or complex - to the entrance of your building. Our standard delivery doesn't include assembly or unpacking and occasionally the driver may need a hand carrying larger or heavy items. We'd be grateful therefore if, when expecting such goods, someone could be around just in case assistance is required.

 

Items will need to be signed for and any damages to the box reported straightaway.

 

Dimensions

Do please check the dimensions of your furniture before ordering - we don't want it getting stuck in any doorways, passageways, stairs or awkward corners! We can't refund for items manufactured to your unique specifications, so please remember it's your responsibility to make sure everything fits into the area for which it's intended.

 

International refunds

Refunds for international orders will be processed at the daily exchange rate. Please bear in mind there may therefore be slight difference between the refund and original sale price because of fluctuations in currency exchange.

 

Bespoke orders, Goods made to order and Special Order (Non Stock items)

If you want to cancel a bespoke order, this must be done within 7 days receiving your order acknowldgement. We're sorry but we simply cannot hon our cancellations after this time. Bespoke items include sofas, cabinets, upholstered goods and any customer's own material order products as well as those manufactured to order. If you're not sure if this applies to what you've bought, please have a word with a member of the Pink Apple team.

 

Standard/Stock items – Damaged or Faulty

In the unlucky (and we're glad to say, unlikely!) event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please get in touch with Pink Apple immediately on 01582 227 701 or at sales@pinkappledesigns.co.uk.

We'll be glad to arrange a replacement as per the following terms:

- Your claim can only be considered if reported within 3 days of receipt.

- All claims by telephone must be backed up by e-mail with a description and clear images of the fault or damage.

You'll then be refunded with the original purchase price or, if you'd prefer, arrangements will be made for a shiny new replacement in exchange.

 

Standard items – Returns non-damaged

If you'd like to return a purchase which is not damaged, but unsuitable for another reason, please see the terms below:

- Claims can only be considered if reported within 3 days of receipt.

- You'll need to contact us with your order reference and item description either on 01582 227 701 or sales@pinkappledesigns.co.uk.

- Goods must then be sent to the address above within 5 days from when the claim was reported, and in the original packaging.

- It's up to the customer to pay for the postage, and insurance is also your responsibility. You may want to think about sending by Signed For or similar option, to be on the safe side.

Once the products are with us safe and sound and have been found to be in the same condition in which they left us, you can expect your refund within 14 days.

 

Please remember we can't take back, or give a refund for, non-standard (bespoke) goods - see 'Bespoke orders, Goods made to order and Special order (Non Stock Items)' above.
