Vitra Stools

Vitra was founded in 1934 by Willi and Erika Fehlbaum and is today recognised as one of the world’s most renowned furniture brands.

Vitra gained a licence from the American-based Herman Miller Company which allowed them to produce these products in Europe. In 1960, the Eames team was commissioned to fit out three lobbies in the Rockefeller Centre in New York. Amongst the famous pieces they created for the design was the Vitra Eames stool collection. These beautiful Vitra stools are made from solid walnut and then finished with a clear lacquer. They can also be used as side tables for optimum versatility.

The Vitra Cork family of stools can also be used as small tables. Available in three designs, these stools are really tough yet lightweight and soft to the touch. Providing an informal feel to a room, these Vitra stools are sure to be a talking point.

The Vitra Hocker stool is as much a sculpture to admire as a stool, representing the distinctive style of Herzog and  de Meuron. This Vitra stool is made from solid birch wood which is varnished white or stained dark brown. This design classic will stand apart in any room, simply inviting admiration.

The Vitra HAL bar stool by Jasper Morrison is a chic bar stool, ideal to use with any bar at home. As comfortable as it is stylish, you will not have to perch on this stool awkwardly like many bar stools, as the deep seat of this Vitra bar stool allows you to relax and socialise in comfort.
