Punt Sideboard

Award-winning, Valencia-based furniture design company Punt creates pieces which reflect modern elegance and beauty while also being highly functional.

Punt was formerly known as Punt Mobles and was founded in 1980 by Vincent Martinez. Today, Punt collaborates with some of the most well regarded designers in the world.

The Punt Tactile collection of sideboards by Terence Woodgate are a great example of this combination of style and use. These Punt sideboards are named due to their tactility. The sideboards are responsive to the sense of touch.

Terence Woodgate is an industrial designer who is known for his very precise attention to detail and for the stripped back, elegant lines of his designs. He has received international design awards and became a Royal Designer for Industry (RDI) in 2003. His work is displayed in the Victoria and Albert Museum, London and in the Museu d’Arts Decoratives, Barcelona.

The Punt Tactile sideboard collection was winner of Wallpaper magazine’s Best Sideboard award in 2008. The sideboards feature modular storage with height adjustable shelves and adjustable feet. This collection is available in a range of modules and compositions.

Another Punt modular sideboard system is the Punt Sussex collection. The Punt Sussex is a collection of sideboards and TV benches with distinctive horizontal bars on the front which not only create a striking design, but also serve as handles. This collection can be configured in a variety of heights, sizes, finishes and widths.

The Punt Slats Sideboard by Marc Krusin for Punt oozes style. It is a highly fashionable yet timeless piece that will always remain chic. The simple lines highlight the details and proportions.
