Muuto Mirror

The Muuto brand was founded on a vision to create more new and original Scandinavian designs. Cutting-edge designers such as Ole Jensen, Norway Says and Louise Campbell were brought on board and given the freedom to create fresh, new visions.

As a result, Muuto have turned everyday items in the home into works of art - items that need to be seen and admired, with the Muuto framed mirror as a prime example.

Designed by prominent Scandinavian designers Anderssen and Voll, who have formerly been named Norwegian and Scandinavian designers of the year as well as receiving many international awards, these Muuto mirrors are designed to be seen, rather than used without a second glance at the mirror itself.

The design of the Muuto framed mirror draws your eye as soon as you walk into a room. The frame is made from powder coated steel and the mirror itself from grey/clear glass or taupe glass.

The mirror is composed of steel plate working through three rounds to shape the frame. The surface is then powder lacquered using a highly durable acrylic lacquer. Finally, the glass of the mirror is put in place, with a small gap between the frame and the glass.

To add to the eye-catching effect, you can hang these mirrors in groups of two or more to create an artistic mirror installation on a wall.

Not only do these mirrors have a distinct character, but they also are functional, particularly suited to a bathroom or wet room.
