Louis Poulsen Wall and Ceiling Lights

Designed in conjunction with renowned architects, each Louis Poulsen wall and ceiling light adheres to a strict product philosophy which is grounded in simplicity - every element used in the design of the light must serve a light-related purpose.

Founded in Denmark in 1874, Louis Poulsen is now a leading supplier of architectural lighting worldwide. The Louis Poulsen lighting philosophy can be summarised in just 2 words - function and ambience.

The Louis Poulsen AJ 50 wall light was designed by Arne Jacobsen for Louis Poulsen. The silhouette of the iconic wall light is instantly recognisable, emitting downward directed light from the shaped shade. The white interior provides a soft distribution of light.

The Louis Poulsen PH 3/2 wall light is designed on the principle of a reflective three-shade system, which reflects light downwards. Each shade is made from three layers of mouth-blown opal glass, which is shiny on the top with a sandblasted matte finish on the inside, providing a soft distribution of light.

The Louis Poulsen NJP wall light is a simple, minimalist wall lamp designed by Japanese minimalist designer Nendo.

With a choice of a short arm or a long arm, the versatile light fixture reflects some light through the rear of the shade, illuminating the top of the arm. The ergonomic shape of the shade and the mechanical construction of the arm ensures you can angle the light where you wish, whilst the soft white interior of the shade reflects soft light.
