Louis Poulsen Table Lights

Designed in conjunction with architects, each Louis Poulsen lamp adheres to a strict product philosophy which is grounded in simplicity - every element used must serve a light-related purpose.

Founded in Denmark in 1874, the company is now a leading worldwide supplier of architectural lighting. The brand’s philosophy can be summed up in 2 words - function and ambience.

The design of the Louis Poulsen PH table lamp is based on the principle of a reflecting multi-shade system, which provides a harmonious, glare free light. The shade is inspired by a logarithmic spiral, with the centre of the light source placed in the focal point of the spiral.

This versatile Louis Poulsen table lamp is available in a choice of metallic black or chrome plated finishes, each with a white opal glass shade.

Designed by Gamfratesi for Louis Poulsen, the Louis Poulsen Yuh table lamp is a personal lighting design, reflected by its name - ‘yuh’ is the phonetic form of ‘you’.

This flexible table lamp can rotate, rise and lower, illuminating and creating ambience in your desired area, all while taking up little space. The minimal shape is created from a circle and a line, with the shaped shade providing glare-free downward light. The slim opening in the top of the shade provides upright illumination.

The Louis Poulsen Panthella table lamp is a scaled down example of the iconic  Panthella floor lamp, designed by Verner Panton for Louis Poulsen in 1971. Panton wished to design a lamp which reflected light from both the base and the shade, which he achieved with the design of the Panthella lamp.
