Delivery & Returns
Pink Apple offer FREE delivery to Mainland UK using our own transport network as well as dedicated couriers. Certain bulky or heavy items will incur a delivery charge. These will be listed on the individual product pages. These charges are to ensure you receive your furniture in perfect condition. Unless notified otherwise, items on the same order will be collated for single delivery.
Deliveries are made to your front door (if you live in an apartment, flat or complex, your order will be delivered to the entrance of your building). Our standard delivery does not include assembly or unpacking and occasionally the delivery company may require assistance carrying larger items. Please ensure when accepting large or heavy goods that there is someone who can assist the driver. Goods will need to be signed for and any damages to the box reported immediately.

Please ensure you check the dimensions of the furniture before ordering to ensure it passes through any doorways, passageways, stairs and awkward corners. We may not be able to refund items that are manufactured to your unique specifications. It is the customers responsibility to check that the items purchased from Pink Apple will fit in the specified area where it is been delivered to.
Refunds for international orders will be processed at the daily exchange rate. There may therefore be a slight difference between the refund and original sale due to fluctuations in currency exchange.
Bespoke orders, Goods made to order and Special Order (Non Stock items)
All bespoke orders will need to be cancelled within 7 days from receipt of order acknowledgement. Bespoke orders after these 7 days cannot be cancelled. Bespoke items include sofas, cabinets, upholstered goods and any customers own material order items, as well as items manufactured to order - please speak with Pink Apple if you are unsure if this applies to your order.
Standard/Stock items – Damaged or Faulty
If in the unfortunate instance that you should receive a damaged parcel/goods, please contact Pink Apple immediately on 01582 227 701 or firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement as per our terms below:
Claims can only be considered if reported within 3 days of receipt.
All claims by telephone must be followed by an email with a description and images of the fault or damage.
The cost of returning the product(s) is with the Customer, insurance is your responsibility. We can arrange collection on certain items. Please contact us for details.
Please ensure that all product(s) are repackaged for their return journey with all previous address labels removed to avoid confusion for couriers.

If you would like to return a purchase undamaged please see the terms below:
Claims can only be considered if reported within 3 days of receipt and returned to us within 5 days from the day it was reported.

The cost of returning the product(s) is with the Customer, insurance is your responsibility.
Once the good(s) have been received and inspected and are in the same condition they left us in, we will process your refund within 14 days.
